Could you tell me how to transfer music from iPad to another?

Is it possible to transfer my music files (mp3, AAC, .wav) from one iPad to another? Is it legal? What's are some of the easiest ways to transfer music between iPads?

If both iPads are registered on the same iTunes account, it's legal and easy to do through iTunes. Just sync both iPads, one at a time, in itunes.

Go to itunes. right click on your ipad. select back up. It will copy everything to your computer.
