create a shortcut icon for my pdf document ?

I would like to know if there is a way to create shortcut icons for documents like pdf for exemple ..

No, you can't do that. You have to contain everything from within the app on iOS. iOS has no built-in editing or viewing applications that are automatically launched if you want to edit or view a document. At least that's what I've been led to believe could be wrong though...

Sure you can, if you have Dropbox.

If you substitute PDF for html, it should make sense.

okey..
so is it possible to create an application that lunches PDF documents ?
if yes how can i do ? knowing that i'm a software programmer but never programmed a smart phone application ! and i'm using a PC ! not a MAC !
