Creating a file

I believe you can save for offline use and then reopen it even though youre offline. You could also use a document reader to open it too.

Is there a way of saving emails in the new upgrade I.e sending to a file on iPad for future perusal

I consider ibisMail to be vastly superior to the stock iPad mail client.
You can create file folders that is available off-line.

Settings

Can I add IBIS mail as a new mail account in settings? Thus keeping them all in one place .

Ibis is not an email account like gmail, yahoo etc. It is an application that you can add all your email accounts to (and Dropbox) so you can see all your emails in one inbox or in their separate inboxes. Plus it allows you that lovely option of making folders which the iPad email app does not.

I have my gmail and virgin accounts linked in plus my dropboxaccount.
