How do you create different files in the mail application to save emails?

I'm going to go with the assumption that you wish to create folders within the Mail app to save your e-mails in. With that assumption, please see this mini-tutorial I wrote up the other day (see post #4): http://www.ipadforums.net/new-membe...sistance/60856-extra-folder-mail-account.html

Please note that this does not work on a POP account (you can't create/use folders in Mail with a POP account).
