hi,you don't actually need a credit card to create an apple id,where it asks for credit card details you can enter "none",hope that helps.

I tried the option but at the end I got this message "please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction" what do I need to do sir

Well, it might be the physical address or email. Both need to be, at least plausibly, in the same country as the store. Some people just enter the address of an Apple Store from the right region (fairly easy to look up). A generic email like GMail should work for the second part.

I've never done this myself, but other's have, with little or no problem.
