A search for Crystal Reports turns up i-net Clear Reports, and nothing else that seems related. I have not idea if it's of any use, and it has no ratings. But it is free.

We use Report Runner Web Portal. It's a browser-based solution for viewing Crystal Reports reports on any device, including the iPad. They have awesome support, too.
