How do you download The Cydia application without jailbreaking? My friend did it with his first iPad through iTunes, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a website with a similar download to desktop application I could use. Thanks!

I don't think it is possible. You may be able to get Cydia from somewhere, but without jailbreak is Cydia useless. You won't be able to use Cydia or any of it's tweaks on a non-jb iPad.

But why not ask your friend, he seems to be well versed in this area.

You can't get Cydia from iTunes. Ask your friend. He should know.

At present, despite any rumours or speculation you might read to the contrary, there is no jail break for the iPad2.
