I completed my 1st month of the $14.99 AT&T data plan. My sister had told me she received a pop up on renewal date providing an option to renew another month or cancel. I didn't. I received an email stating I have auto renewed. So per the email, I called AT&T to have the charge credited after I cancelled within the iPad settings. Does anyone receive the pop? Was my rep correct in saying that if I don't reinstate the plan within 60 days that I have to get a new sim card for my iPad?

I don't get any pop-ups. My plan just auto-renews unless I cancel it, which I've no plans to do. I'm on AT&T unlimited data (grandfathered in from iPad 1's debut). I just get email confirmations monthly, saying that my auto-renewal has successfully processed. I also recently received an email, saying that my credit card was going to expire and prompting me to update the info.
