Defaulting email address

How do I delete an email address entered incorrectly. When I type in the beginning part of the name while composing an email it goes to the incorrect address.

This has come up before. Unfortunately no one has come up with an answer.

The good news is that what ever buffer holds old email addresses in not infinite. If you avoid entering the old address, eventually it will disappear. Just be careful to choose the right one each time.

You can make sure the address you want is always there if you enter it into the Contacts app.
