Deleting all emails?

The only time you can "delete all" emails is if you are in the trash folder.

To do, navigate all the way back/up to the top of your Mail app (you'll see no buttons in the upper left and the title of the page will be "Mailboxes." Scroll down and look for the box titled "Accounts." Select which one you wish and press it. Then, go to the Trash folder.

In the Trash folder, select the "Edit" key on the top right. Then, you will see a red "Delete All" button on the bottom left. Press that and you will have emptied the trash.

Hope that helps. Let us know how you get on.

Is there any way to delete all or many emails at once on ipad? I spent 40 mins ticking each one to delete other day!

No, as Mickey 330 said you can only delete emails individually by tapping Edit and choosing which emails to delete one by one. You may need to delete emails more often before they accumulate to a 40 mins ticking situation. All emails sitting in your Trash box can be deleted in one go. All spam can also be likewise deleted.

I've never seen the Delete All button in a Spam/Junk folder in Mail, only Trash. I've looked at iCloud, Google, and Yahoo.

@OP: Both Yahoo and Google offer both apps and webmail where it is easier to delete everything in a Spam/Junk mail folder. If you have some other account the chances are you have access to webmail that way too, and there is a fair chance it will work in Safari on the iPad. As Bamashooter suggested you should check it out to see if you have better delete tools there.

That's what I do when I need to mass delete stuff while using the iPad or iPhone. Otherwise I'm happy enough to use Mail.
