In the header on my ipad 2 I have an archive icon instead of a trash icon and unable to delete a message. Also, there is no archive mailbox in the list. How to i correct this ?
Goto
Settings
Mail, contacts, calendar
Click on your gmail account
When the window pops up make:
"archive message" is set to off
You should be able to delete messages now...
