I am looking for an iPad development tool that will allow me to create iPad based questionnaires and surveys. This is for a healthcare application. Does anyone know of such a thing? There are a huge variety of packages for the PC but I have not seen any for the iPad. I know you can create your own apps with the XCode tools but wondered if there was anything out there to help with my specific requirement.
