Hello, in setting/privacy/ diagnostic usage, I click automatically send option but data not send did it take space and also why list not clear.

The list doesn't clear when the data are sent. The items are still visible in your settings for some time - about a week, or a bit more. They don't really take a lot of your storage.

If you want to get rid of them, connect your iPad to iTunes. It will automatically copy the entries from your device. When you disconnect your iPad, these items will not be there any more.
