I currently use a day per page diary for my work. I can take notes, make sketches on topics that I cover each day. I also use my iPhone for handling my things to do. I am looking for an ipad app to replace the above. It needs to: - allow me to record notes on a given day - make sketches - handle my things to do - sync between my pc at work and my iPhone I have tried Evernote and while it syncs perfectly with my pc and phone, I can't sketch and cant record notes on a given day. (like in my diary). If I could just get an app that looks like my diary but electronically and has a task manager, it would be perfectAny suggestions would be appreciated.Dalob

This doesn't really answer your question, and I doubt it will change your mind about Evernote, but I'd like to point out a couple of things you can do while you keep looking for the perfect app.

If you go to the All Notes view in Evernote you will see a View Options button at the bottom. Select Creation date, and all other views will be sorted by that date; even inside a notebook.

If you get Skitch (free), you can add some basic drawing ability to Evernote, with the bonus that you can do that drawing on top of screen shots and pictures. While Skitch is a separate app, it has the ability to save drawings directly to Evernote's Inbox.
