Did your iPhone 5 come with a SIM card removal tool?

I'm interested in finding out what percentage of iPhone 5's were shipped with a SIM card removal tool. Mine came with the SIM card removal tool.

Yep, it was attached to the cardboard sleeve thingy inside the box.

Mine was either missing or I lost it when opening the box. Fortunately I know where my iPad 3 tool is. Not that it would be that hard to get and use a paperclip.

I've taken a SIM card out a total of once; so I could compare the tray to a picture on the internet. I was curious.
