My iPad 4 does fine in general, terms of browsing, viewing online videos etc. in fact, streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime
is truly pretty impressive. So what is with DISH, and streaming via the same home network? There's an error message which I can't quote exactly, searched and didn't find here but feel certain it's been discussed. It basically is saying the signal isn't good enough to support HD video, and suggests the SD alternate channel if watching live TV. Watching something on the DVR, there's a lot of skips, buffering, etc. etc.
We have the Hopper w/Sling, and 3 Joeys for remote TVs. Those TVs work fine, and provide great HD viewing via our home WiFi, the Joeys and the Hopper Tuner/ DVR. Whats the issue then, when streaming DISH Anywhere on the iPad ?
