Since I have went to the Ipad2 Documents to Go will not sync with my Ipad2. I can sync via Gmail which is what I have been doing.
When I try and add the Ipad is reads that it is already connected to the Ipad. But the green light never comes up and when I try and sync it reads, Check to make sure Documnets to Go is pulled up on the computer and the Ipad. I think this started when I upgraded to a newer version of Documents to go. Any ideas on what to try?
