If you're talking about getting the Real Racing app from anyplace but the App Store this involves methods that violate the Apple terms of service and are a form of theft. This includes buying an iPhone with the original owner's apps still on it. The app you want belongs to the person who originally downloaded it and cannot be transferred to someone else without resorting to methods such as app piracy.
Unless you got the app yourself when it was still available in the App Store, you're out of luck.
