Does this Guitar App exist

Do any Guitars have usb connections that can connect to an ipad and will work with an app that will write the music and tabs for the notes that I play?

There's plenty of guitar fx and amp apps that come with connector cables, but apps that auto transpose your playing into music and tabs? I'm yet to come across any.
