Dowloading WMA audio books using Overdrive

I am trying to download WMA audio books from the library using Overdrive. I download to my PC and then transfer to my ipad. For some reason it misses some sections. For example, I downloaded a Grisham novel and Part 5 of the 8 parts did not download. Any idea why?
