download music directly to music app

hello everyone! i got a big question: is it possible to get music (ON IPAD, NO PC) and put it in the music app/ipod app/ itunes library? (I REPEAT, ONLY IPAD NO PC)

something like getting music from itunes app for free...?

Well if it's free that you want then I think they still offer a free track of the week but there is no way of getting paid music for free if that is what you mean as that is piracy and its not permitted to discuss such things here.
