Downloading video to iPad from Panasonic HDC-TM60

I have a Panasonic HDC-TM60 video camera and want to download some video footage on to my iPad. I connected the camera using my camera connection kit, the iPad recognised the device and started up photos... but it only offered some of the still photos for import and none of the videos.

Has anyone got any ideas on why the iPad isn't picking up the videos? Or even better, how I can download the content?
