drag and drop

i drag and drop a tv show from itunes to ipad2 tv folder, it shows it transferring to ipad tv folder, but when it finishes, nothing is there. i did a search on ipad and it doesn't show, i have sync turned off so i can manually transfer? any suggestions on what is wrong?

It would normally end up in the Videos app on the iPad.
