Duplicate cydia source

This message keep prompting me when opening cydia:

"Duplicate source list.list entry hackulos.us ./Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/cydia.hackulos.us_._Packages) You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems"

I've checked the directory in iFile but cannot find any duplicate list... do i have to restore and jailbreak again to resolve this or any of you have better way that can be share..?

Terrible problem you're having.

However, you'll receive no help here. You have downloaded/installed a repo that is for pirating (aka stealing). Piracy is illegal and any troubles you have from trying to access pirated materials are what you deserve!
