DVD to ipad2

I am new to iPad and all things Apple. I have a cupboard full of DVDs which I would like to transfer to my new ipad2. I have searched the forum and have now downloaded handbrake and anybody. Do I need anything else as I am very confused with all the software options.

I did a forum search, which only got me more confused, however I continued my search and by using Anydvd and Handbrake I copied my first successful DVD!! Success !

You may want to convert the DVDs to the correct format and store them in your computer thus keeping your hard drive free on your iPad.
