E mail overload

Hello y'all..... I hope I put this question in the correct place.... I have subscribed to some threads... Now every time a new thread gets posted I get an email... Plz help me stop this...

But do hurry and turn off the subscription service right away (as explained in the link). You've got relatively few posts, so don't wait until you have to go through a lot to turn off the e-mail notifications...
