eBay help

Hello all. I've been using eBay on my ipad (website not app) for years now with no issues. Last couple of days after a search I can't specify "used" or "by ending soonest". Still works on iPhone 5. Any ideas?

Hi Lonnie99, do you mean in the drop down box on the right of the screen labelled 'Sort:'?

Sorry, sausage fingers, didn't mean to send before I asked that if you are having problems with the box, try the menu at the side. You should find all you need there. I, too, only use the web site not the app mainly.

Yes it's the "sort" drop down menu as well as some others on the left. For instance I'm looking at guitar bodies. On the left I can choose Fender, Gibson etc. I can select those but the page won't load. Same for the sort box, I want to look at "ending soonest" but it's stuck on "distance nearest". Frustrating. I live and die on this ipad and have not had this trouble before. Thanks.

Hi there,

Something has obviously changed possibly in your settings. Have a look in settings under Safari and see what you have there. Start by clearing your cache and history. I would then delete the eBay web site from your favourites, I use Google, and then search for eBay and reinstall.

See how that goes for the moment. In the meantime I will have a look at other options.
