Ecards doe iPad3 plus syncing with MacMini 10.4.11

Hi y'all,

Am getting to know my new iPad and right now searching for an app where I can create greeting cards ahead and mark them to be sent on the appropriate dates. I used to do that's on Jacquie Lawson cards website, but they use Flash and don't have an iPad app.

Also, does anyone know if I can sync my old Mac Mini wth this new iPad? It would be realy helpful to open my Optonline emails on the iPad then not find them still waiting in Apple Mail on the Mac Mini, which has a PowerPC system not Intel, and which cannot be upgraded beyond system 10.4.11. I still use it to print from (don't have an air printer), & to use my old Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite apps.
