Edit track metadata on Ipad

Hi all,

I'm the proud user of a spankin new iPad and I'm pretty pleased with it. However, I was wondering whether it's possible to edit song metadata on the iPad itself, and then sync that information to iTunes.

I understand the iPad can sync rating information, so this shouldn't be impossible. And yet, I can't find an app that does this, or any other method.

Does anyone know about the existence of an app that allows editing of tags on the iPad? Failing that, does the API or appstore rules allow for such an app?
