I had the new ipad3 a few days ago and after setting this up sent my hubby a message from ,y ipad using the message icon and since then whenever I send a text to him from my iPhone it says my email address instead of my name. Can anyone help as I think it should say my name as it used to before....and that's how my hubby wants it to show as its easier to read. Any texts I send from my iPhones to him appear in the message to my iPad - is this right or can it be changed. Presumably it's the way it works so you can pick up messages where you left off from any device with its on it. It doesn't happen for anyone else. Thanks
