could someone help me to set up my windows live email account to send a copy to my ipad

Instead of sending a copy, just set your windows live email up on your ipad. Then when ever you receive a email you will get it on your ipad.

You go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account. Follow these instructions to set it up as an Exchange account, which should work quite well for your needs.
