Email problem

Hi

I am using bt broadband and having an issue with emails, some of my mail is ending up in the bulk email folder and when I look on my laptop it goes in the normal inbox usually solved on laptop by clicking and selecting not junk. There does not seem to be the same option on the iPad can anyone help?
