I'm assuming that you mean 'high resolution' images that you have put on the iPad (e.g. computer sync, camera connection kit, etc.)? If so, do you need to email them in their original size? If the images are simply meant to be placed on a website or another device (vs. printed out as a hi res photo), then you can crop and resize the image(s) before emailing - for this purpose I use Photogene (Check HERE) on the iPad (of course there are other options); just a $3 purchase from the Apple App store.
Allows me to upload my digital images from my camera(s) via the CCK (camera connection kit) to the iPad and then crop and markedly downsize them if all I want to do is email the images to friends/family, upload to website forums, etc.
Please let us know what your purposes may be? If the above is meets your needs, them you want to obtain an app that will resize images for you - good luck!
Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!
Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.
Have fun and enjoy your iPad
