I am a new user and have been having trouble with the apps. I have downloaded a couple of free ibooks dealing in music theory. Both these books have embedded sound clips. Specifically, you'll see a line of notes from a score and below it will state "to listen to MIDI, click here." No amount of clicking will generate audio. This is true of both books. Any ideas as to why? I have already been given instructions on resetting the iPad but this does not work. Another issue is that both my husband and I purchased iPads at the same time. We're using the same account (password) for both. I am just starting to wonder if this might create some problems.
