Hi. Does anyone know of a BBC Micro emulator for the iPad. IOS7?

Not on the iPad unfortunately. There are emulators for computer OS and for the PSP, but since it's Linux/UNIX based and not that high in demand, I don't believe any jailbreak tweak/package developers have ever worked on one, so there probably won't be any open-sourced packages that you can attempt to recompile for use.
