Erasing Apps and iBooks

Hi All,

How do I erase Apps and iBooks that I no longer want on my iPAD Air?

Tap and hold an app's icon until it shivers and a red cross appears. Click the cross and confirm deletion. Finally tap the home button to close the deletion routine.

To delete ibooks no longer wanted tap edit, select a book and tap delete.

A short swipe down from the top will also close the deletion routine. ( I like using my fingers for most tasks.)
