I visit this forum as I get an error 403-page accessing an url of a website that can be accessed by using IE or Chrome.
I don`t know the reason as the website is live!

Since you indicate that you are using the iPad's stock browser (Safari) I'm puzzled as well. I'll forward your comment to tech support. Have you tried the iPadForum app, free in the App store? If so, do you receive the same error?

Do you mean that you can't visit this forum's web site via Safari (but can with the other browsers) or that you can't visit a specific URL, which is not this site?

If it's the first part, then the forum tech folks have been notified and will work on a solution.

If it's the second part, all I can tell you is that some web sites are built to only be used by certain browsers. Other browsers will not work. Yes, it's annoying, but for whatever reason (I think it's laziness on the part of the web designer or web master), some sites only work with some browsers.
