Hello all,

Have a 3G AT&T and have tried to figure out if I can plug in a SIM card of some sort that will work in various countries in Europe for our vacation. Did the Google search stuff but it's really confusing.....

Any info appreciated........Ken....

Hi Ken,

as far as I know the AT&T iPad uses GSM, which is fine for us over here in Europe. (Verizon uses CDMA which is not supported here.)

if you intend to come to Germany, then let me know and I could get you a micro Sim card which will work and help to avoid roaming charges.
