Had a major fraud on my gmail. Need to delete account and export contacts to hotmail using iPad. Please give detailed info to a non technic.

Hot mail is full of spam. It is NOT a recommended email host. I have had absolutely no issues with gmail and that also is the same with some of my 200 clients that use it as their primary email account. If you have issues with gmail create a new account it is that simple.
