External Webcam for iPad2

I want to connect my logitech web cam to my ipad2. That webcam was working fine with windows. Can I use that windows supported webcam with ipad2 using connecting kit.
Or should I use a Mac compatible webcam?
Would there be any need to install driver for that webcam?

Why would you want/need one? There is already one built in.

The quick answer is: no, you cannot install/run a web cam on the iPad. It won't support it.

The good news is that the iPad2 does have a camera, so it'll function the same way. If you have an iPad1 ... sorry, but no web cam capabilities for you.
