Face Time app

Hello Everyone,
I'm facing with a problem on my ipad2. I bought it from Dubai and at that time I didn't know that it has some banned apps, and one of them is Face Time app.
Is it possible to get this app on my IPad ? I'm staying and using it in Europe.
I appreciate your kind cooperation.

It is not possible to install FaceTime on an iPad originally purchased in the UAE. Skype will work, however.

Thanks a lot for the answer. Anyway it is very strange that is not possible to have a full option on my IPAD. I guess it is an Apple issue to inform their costumers about this problems in order to be aware before purchasing their products.

This is not Apples doing but is because of Government restrictions in the UAE. All iPads sold here are fundamentally different to iPads sold elsewhere and cannot have FaceTime downloaded to them because of it.
