Facebook App - Comment panel stuc. Can 't access FB.

Hi,

On my Ipad3 I was looking at the news feed and clicked to see who liked an item. The comment panel came down and now it is stuck and I can't move it or get anything esle on FB.

Should I delet the app and if so where do I do this.

Before you delete the app, first try to fully close it and then do a restart or a reset of your iPad. To do this on iOS 7 (apologies if you know):

Fully Close an App (iOS 7): Double tap the Home button (or do a 4-finger swipe up) to reveal a row of icons and cards in the multi-tasking viewer. Swipe up on all the cards until they are all gone.

Then...
Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears.

If that doesn't help, try this last step...

Reset: Hold both the power and home buttons until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo then appears (on some iOS versions, the "slide to power off" button will appear; just ignore it). Once the logo appears, release the buttons. After a time, your homescreen will appear. Please note that it may take some time for the Apple logo to appear or for your homescreen to appear (or both). This is normal. Eventually, the homescreen will appear.

Hopefully, that'll sort out that Facebook app.

If it doesn't help, you can delete the app by pressing and holding the icon until it "wiggles." Then, press the red "X" in the left corner, accept the delete notice and it's gone (press the Home button to make the icons stop wiggling). Then, you can go to the AppStore and re-download the app to try it again.
