I have just updated my iOS on my iPad, and quite a few things have changed.
The Facebook icon on my home page now has the number 24 by it. Does anyone know why, please?

It probably means you have 24 postings on your timeline or something similar.

Yes, I have, it didn’t make any difference to the icon.

I have 3 email addresses that dump into my inbox, but apparently don’t want to share Go figure..... L

The Mail app has never had a share icon. Sharing emails (other than forwarding them) has been a feature lacking since forever. Even printing them is limited. You only get the body of the email that way.

However: there is some light in the iOS 13 update.

If you take a screenshot, then choose Full Page at the top of the editing screen you will get the current email as a PDF. You can either choose the action icon at the top right for the standard share sheet, or choose to save the PDF to Files after tapping Done.

This also works to capture full webpages in Safari. (shown below)
