An I use FaceTime with my Sim or do I need WiFi?

At the moment, on iOS 5.1.1, you can only use FaceTime while on WiFi (unless you're jail broken).

From what we understand, iOS 6 will allow FaceTime over 3/4G, as long as your carrier supports/allows it.

Again, right now is No. But, iOS 6 is rumored to be out in a short while....
