Facing a problem by entering a value in text box or how to use virtual keyboard

I am doing one XHtml eBook for iPad. I am facing a problem in entering a value in the text box field. I can't able to enter the value in textbox field. Please let me know how to fix it otherwise I have to use the virtual keyboard by entering the value.

please advice how to use the virtual keyboard in iPad.
