Kindly assist me solve a problem regarding a failure to synchronise newly downloaded apps (two in number) between my toshiba laptop and the newly ipad2 i bought. I purchased two apps from the itunes store that were successfully downloaded into my laptop but the applications could not be synchronized to the ipad. The apps are persistently showing on the ipad desktop indicating "waiting" but can neither complete the installation nor could they be delated out. please provide me with a sort of technical assistance over this problem.
Secondly, is it a good idea to upgrade my os 4.3 to the free offered os 5?. What are the benefits as well as the risks if any. Presently iam comfortable with the performance of the device under os 4.3 which i wouldnt like to loose but at the same time keenly attracted by the free dowload offer of the upgrade to os 5.
