Fair price?

So after getting my Wife an ipad2, and being very jealous, I am planning on getting one as well, and selling my first gen iPad, 32 gig wifi. What would be a fair asking price?

Just a note, used 16 gb wifis are going for over 300, with cases and knick knacks. If it's in good shape you may be upwards of 400. Don't underestimate ebayers, who will pay 60 +s/h for a 49.99 walmart card
