Feeling lost on this iPad

Hi Kelliott - welcome to the forum! 
Hard to believe that you have NO room left on your iPad - first, you might want to provide some more information, e.g. which iPad do you own, how much memory was available, and is the device 'jailbroken'? Second, check in Settings -> General -> About & Usage; you've probably already been there, but should show what is using up your storage. Finally, 'Restart' and if not effective 'Reset' the iPad - Directions HERE - good luck & please post back.

Remember, search is your friend. Short of getting a cloud drive no there is no way to keep your apps and have more storage.
