Also, can I use it in my car as a satnav or do I need a 3g one?
Can I get football manager for it?
Is it possible to get my iTunes from my laptop into it?

Size wise will depend on what you are going to put on it as in music, films and apps, I've got the 16gb and it's just right for my needs but the end choice is up to u, u can use satnav on both but for the wifi model you will need a bluetooth GPS receiver but the 3G iPad has GPS built in.

There are Football Manager apps available from the app store.

Do you mean you want to be able to sync with your laptop?

Yes there are football manager apps in the itunes store

and yes you can put all your music currently in your itunes onto your new ipad.
