Just got my iPad a few weeks ago through Air Miles (5500 pts for those interested). Last year I got my first iPod Touch 4th (Yuup! Air Miles again) so I am new to the IOS stuff but I have learned fast in that year period. I find the tablet fast and just bursting with bright colours and actions. Love it! Only problem was I did crack the first ipad and luckily Apple replaced it. Hard lesson to learn. Did have the Zagg keyboard and folio at first but found it is mocking a laptop and losing the tablet flavour. Returned it but the BT keyboard was very nice and might get it in the future. Now have the Apple iPad cover and a Belkin backing with the magnetic strip on back. Amazing but of course I still have to be careful. Did look into Otterbox which were great but again it was too much material and well, I can still crack the glass if hit head on.
Apps I'm still adding (and removing), will post the list of apps I have and need later.
As for me, I'm a graphic artist and amateur photographer. Road cycling (hence name) and sea-kayaking my main activities. Right now I'm sideline with back problems after almost a year but soon to recover in a few months. Lane swimming my only real exercise for now. In the household there are 3 iPod touches, 1 Macbook and 2 iMacs of various ages. And of course the new iPad 2.
Found this forum, thankfully, searching google for an iCal replacement for iPad. Really like the one on the iMac desktop.
Cheers!
